This is enough for a small family. If your family is big or you expect guests then double it. I would even consider quadrupling it. Nothing lasts for long in this house. I would also add condensed milk to the cheesecake topping myself if I make it next time. These brownies taste better the next day. Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteWas so nice to meet you Huda and your daughter at RIS. Man these speakers better stop making me cry! Anyone else? Nice to see the woman who converted and dare to ask Malcolm X's daughter the question that I was dying to ask....why aren't converts being accepted into the muslim community...she said she was Irish..I am part Irish too...if I can find her I will and try to cheer her up...insha Allah someone heard her plea and of course Allah did but some muslims and will embrace her. I love that they are talking about brotherhood/sisterhood and that they told us to hug one another. I heard the tickets were sold out this year in spite of Amr Khaled not being able to make it. Nice to see the Malaysians/Singaporeans too.
Salaams. Thanks for the recipe. My wife is always on the lookout for new cheesecake recipes and I will pass this along to her.
